น้ำจิ้มแจ่วเป็นน้ำจิ้มรสชาติแซ่บที่เหมาะกับอาหารหลายประเภท เช่น หมูกระทะ สเต็ก หรือเมนูย่างต่างๆ นี่คือวิธีทำน้ำจิ้มแจ่วแบบง่ายๆ:

ส่วนผสม:

1. น้ำปลา 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
2. น้ำมะนาว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
3. น้ำตาลปี๊บ (หรือน้ำตาลทราย) 1 ช้อนชา
4. พริกป่น 1 ช้อนชา (ปรับระดับตามชอบ)
5. ข้าวคั่ว 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
6. หอมแดงซอย 1-2 หัว
7. ต้นหอมซอย 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
8. ผักชีฝรั่งซอย (หรือผักชี) 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

วิธีทำ:

1. ใส่น้ำปลา น้ำมะนาว และน้ำตาลปี๊บลงในชามผสม คนให้น้ำตาลละลายจนเข้ากันดี
2. เติมพริกป่นและข้าวคั่วลงไป คนเบาๆ ให้ส่วนผสมเข้ากัน
3. ใส่หอมแดงซอย ต้นหอมซอย และผักชีฝรั่งซอย คนพอเข้ากัน
4. ชิมรสชาติ ปรับรสตามชอบ (ควรได้รสเค็ม เผ็ด เปรี้ยว และหอมจากข้าวคั่ว)
